Our company provides swimming lessons with expert instructors and state-of-the-art facilities to help you learn to swim like a pro. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that SwimWay is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the lessons.

2. Registration

Before enrolling in our swimming lessons, you must register and create an account on our website. You must provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary. By registering, you agree to receive emails and updates from SwimWay. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. SwimWay reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate any of these terms and conditions.

3. Fees and Payments

The fees for our swimming lessons are listed on our website. By enrolling in our lessons, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable, and SwimWay reserves the right to change the fees at any time. Payment must be made in advance, and failure to pay may result in the termination of your lessons.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you must notify SwimWay at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your lesson, and no refunds will be given. SwimWay reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, a make-up lesson will be provided.

5. Code of Conduct

All students must follow the code of conduct set by SwimWay during the lessons. This includes respecting the instructors, other students, and the facilities. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of lessons without a refund.

6. Liability

SwimWay is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the lessons. By using our services, you agree to release and hold SwimWay harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
